My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean, tidy, spacious with beautiful bed linen and lovely decor, making them cool, clean, and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the Duomo. Despite not being exactly like the photos, the rooms were still a great fit. The service was top-notch, with very nice and helpful staff members ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The location was superb, right next to the Duomo and surrounded by the vibrant cafe culture of Florence, yet surprisingly quiet overnight. The dining experience was excellent, offering a large variety of delicious options, including the best cappuccinos I had on my entire trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
